Updates to PPT+ programs are, unless otherwise noted, ‘all-inclusive’. That is, we only have a single update file posted, and that update includes all updates prior to it for the current year program. Additionally, when we post an update, we also update the full program install, as well. So, if you’ve just downloaded the current full program install, there’s no need for the current update, because you already have it.

Version 12.05.0514
• When printing abatements that included Form 103-EL, an additional blank 103-EL may have printed.
• Also, on abatements that had in excess of 27 items on any given 103-EL, on 27 items were printing on the attachement schedule.
• There was an extra line of text at the top of 103 Long page 1 (a leftover from last year).s
County Officials database update (April 30, 2012)
This update is SEPARATE from the current ‘program’ update. This update ONLY includes the current assessor database.
With the initial program release, I didn’t YET have the current copy of the list of county officials from the good folks at the DLGF. I do NOW. What the good folks at the DLGF sent me this year was the complete list of county officials – which I thought was kind of neat! ANYway, that wasn’t in the very first release of the program… so if you downloaded the program before today (April 30), feel free to grab this separate update that will update that county officials database! CLICK HERE for that update. (NOTE: We DID update this file previously – April 17 – but subsequently found that some addresses in that update had the zip code truncated. Running this update will remedy that.)

• Some users were (specifically, those who loaded the ‘full’ program between 4/20 and 4/23) MAY receive errors when printing any forms with signature blocks, “invalid path or filename”.
• Errors when attempting to print client labels.
• The ‘state’ wasn’t printing in the address line on Form 106.
Version 12.03.0419
• Added a new option in the Control screen, on the Signatures tab, to print no signature or firm name on the “signature of preparer” lines of applicable forms.
Version 12.02.0417
• Updated all forms with signature blocks to only pull information from the ‘firm info’ block on the Control screen within the return.
• Updated the client letter to include the reformatted firm name at the bottom.
• Form 102 page 2 incorrectly showed the last date in each pool as “3-1” instead of “3-2”.
