Update to PPT+ Indiana 2018

Updates to PPT+ programs are, unless otherwise noted, ‘all-inclusive’. That is, we only have a single update file posted, and that update includes all updates prior to it for the current year program. Additionally, when we post an update, we also update the full program install, as well. So, if you’ve just downloaded the current full program install, there’s no need for the current update, because you already have it.

Interim build – updates that have been included in the current update since version number was incremented:
• Corrected – if Form 136 was included on a Short form, checkboxes for printing it were unavailable.
• Updated hardcopy of Form 103-ERA, page 1, section 3 numbers to accommodate 12 digits.

Update details (things added or corrected) by version below:

Version 18.05.0426
• NEW… added a checkbox to the Control screen for “final return” – which, when checked, will print “Final Return” on page 1 of a 102, 103-Short, 103-Long, and 104.
• Corrected the (updated) client letter – the new singular pronoun option was incorrectly capitalizing the second “we”.
• Corrected a typo in the instructions on 103 Short – the small due date in the instructions section incorrectly said “2017”.
• Added a pause (equal to the user set ‘printer timeout’) to the print code, to pause before opening a printed PDF file.
• Added code to eliminate the possibility of some ancillary forms being incorrectly included in the list on the client letter.

Version 18.04.0413
• NEW… Added a checkbox to the Settings screen to “use singular pronouns” (I vs. we, me vs. us) on the client letter.
• Corrected an issue where if the asset detail schedule was used, assets that would fall on line 3 of any pool that were purchased between January and March were incorrectly being listed (and added on the pooled schedule) twice.
• Corrected an issue where if the return was in St. Joseph county but NOT in Penn Township, the program was incorrectly printing the Penn Township assessor address on the client letter.

Version 18.03.0205
• Corrected error “Variable ‘FIRSTAME’ is not found” when printing assessor labels.
• Corrected error “Windows cannot access [program path]\workstation\pdf writer\setup.exe” when running workstation setup.

Version 18.02.0131
• Corrected dates on pooled schedules.  The third line of each pooled schedule incorrectly went from March to March, instead of March to January as it should have.

Version 18.01.0117
• Initial program release.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
